Hot off the back of its numerous other upgrades for the ubiquitous 1.4 TSi VAG engine, Forge Motorsport has released a race-quality boost hose kit that will fit all variants of VAG cars with this lump, including the VW Polo, Audi A1, Seat Ibiza and Skoda Fabia.</p>
<p>Thanks to being modelled directly from the OEM hoses, these new precision engineered parts are an easy and direct replacement for the factory items, yet offer significantly greater ability to withstand much higher boost pressures and temperatures. Ideal on a standard car, but absolutely essential on a tuned, track or modified example! Allied to this, their superior woven fabric reinforcement means that they will last an awful lot longer than the factory ever intended, too.</p>
<p>Three dynamic colourways are available. Choose black for understated elegance, or blue or red for trackside or show arena presence. </p>

Braking maestro Tarox has released a superbly engineered brake kit to tame the impressive power and tidy handling of<br />
VAGs latest trio of high-performance hot hatches. The new kit fits VW Polo Gti (also the Seat Ibiza Cupra and Skoda Fabia VRS models produced after 2010) and promises epic levels of retardation combined with stunning good looks.</p>
<p>Each kit is hand-assembled in Tarox’s Italian factory and features some unique design features that set it apart from the competition. Based around the race-proven B30 6 piston billet calipers, the new VAG kit utilises two 323mm heat-treated discs which can be ordered in either F2000 (grooved only) or Sport Japan (drilled and grooved) design. The rotor is made from the highest quality European high carbon cast, making for a disc that will withstand much greater heat cycling without distortion. All components bolt to the existing OEM mounts, integrating perfectly with factory ABS systems, where fitted.</p>
<p>Despite offering a tangible improvement over the factory’s paltry 288mm discs and single pot calipers, The Tarox kit boasts a weight saving of over 1kg per corner, thanks to the use of motorsport materials and manufacturing techniques.<br />
Owners can choose from either the ‘Strada’ street pad, for all-round ‘press-on’ driving, or for those who like to venture out onto the track from time to time, the ‘Corsa’ circuit-focussed pad provides more than enough friction to handle even the most ardent of drivers.</p>

Modern and innocent it looks at the world through its headlamps  but under the small car garb a 180 PS engine and a 7-gear double clutch transmission are just waiting for their step. Almost as fast as the small car sprints, the developers of H&#038;R were on the spot with suspension components to increase its dynamics.</p>
<p>The sporty characteristics of this small car were improved with the spring sets  without perceptibly reducing the driving comfort. Furthermore, a lowering of 20 millimetres on the front and 30 millimetres on the rear or optionally 30 millimetres on the front combined with 45 millimetres on the rear really suits this super Polo.</p>
<p>Lovers of fast curves are well served with the height adjustable H&#038;R Monotube coilover suspension. This dynamic design can only be topped with the optional and soon available H&#038;R stabilizers.</p>
<p>Highlights can also be gained with the TRAK+ wheel spacers made of high tensile aluminum alloy. Regardless of whether they are combined with OE or tuned wheels. The often unsightly gap between the wheel arch and tyre shoulder can thus be consigned to a thing of the past.</p>
<p>The complete H&#038;R product range  available for over 1,350 different vehicle types  can be found at all good specialist dealers and along with the usual H&#038;R quality also always comes with a model approval certificate or a TÜV certificate of conformity for parts.</p>

<p>Customers seeking to have a more individual, dynamic look will inevitably choose the suitable body kit by JE DESIGN. The company delivers its components in the usual OEM-quality. That means that the material is made of high-quality ABS. As all components are CNC-milled, perfect fit is guaranteed. The kit for 1528 Euro including VAT includes the front spoiler with central spoiler sword in carbon look which already renders real verve when it is still parked.</p>
<p>The “fierce look” comes from the headlight blends and the powerful profile is enhanced with the side skirts. The rear skirt lip in carbon look is perfectly adjusted to the other parts and completes the aerodynamics kit. The rear skirt lip embraces the stainless steel double pipe of the sports muffler at the centre while the latter renders the appropriate sound to the latest appearance (599 Euro).</p>
<p>A main attraction is the LED daytime running light which is fitted to the vehicle front via an air inlet blend (entire set for 399 Euro). This registration-free LED daytime running light has two functions: when the dipped head lights are on, the LEDs are dimmed into parking light mode (position light). This renders a special night-look. When the dipped head light mode is off, the LEDs sparkle brighter in the daytime light mode and therefore improve the traffic safety.</p>
<p>The lowering springs are made for combination with the original shock absorbers (149 Euro). They lower the new polo by 35 millimetres and therefore bring more drive dynamic agility. Also the overall look is enhanced by this measure, as the little VW now seems significantly lower and looks far more daring. Customers seeking an even sportier look can opt for the KW coilover suspension made of stainless steel which can lower the car up to 65 millimetres (929 Euro).</p>
<p>Upgrading the wheels is elementary in automobile tuning. For its Polo programme, JE DESIGN offers the sporty-elegant wheel design “Multispoke“ which consists of entire wheel sets. JE DESIGN offers them in either 7x17 inches ET 35 or 7.5x18 inches ET 35 with tyres measuring 215/40 R17 or 215/35 R18. Moreover, the customer can choose between the finishes “shadow silver“ (in 17 inches altogether for 1809 Euro, in 18 inches for 1929 Euro) or “black matt/silver rim bead” (in 17 inches for 2260 Euro, in 18 inches for 2380 Euro). Also, an individual finish is available, e.g. in black matt with a bead in the car colour (see pictures). JE DESIGN will disclose the individual prices on demand.</p>
<p>In contrast to the extremely dynamic outer look of the car, the interior is especially luxurious. The leather equipment Elegance (1599 Euro) turns the cockpit into a noble travel centre. Also the steering wheel (399 Euro), the gear shift skirt and the hand break cuff (together for 179 Euro) are lined with finest leather. The colour of the leather and the seam can be chosen freely and therefore individually selected – as seen on the photographs, also ultra-suede is available in various types. Special seam stitches, as e.g. “Diamond Cut” (see images) perfect the interior – even without any surcharge. JE DESIGN offers even more individuality with embroidering a logo according to customer preference into the backrests of the front seats (79 Euro).</p>
<p>For even more comfort, there is a two-stage seat heating (379 Euro), electrically adjustable lordosis support for back-friendly travels (319 Euro) or the massage system in the seats (429 Euro) where the driver can indulge into a silent massage offering twelve programmes and six massage hubs.</p>
<p>And if there is a demand for enhancing the performance, JE DESIGN can help soon. Performance enhancements for all Diesel- and TSI-engines are already in development.</p>
<p>All parts are suitable for the practical five-door Polo, but also for the sporty three-door model. Of course, JE DESIGN delivers all components with a general operating licence or a component part certificate by the Technical Control Board (TÜV).</p>

The result is a little sports car in a form which makes a man's heart beat faster. <span id="more-686"></span></p>
<p>And which women will also love. From the outside the small car from Bavaria exudes character, the rear spoiler and rear apron insert – both in the expressive carbon look and the double-pipe exhaust make it look bold and dominant. The titan-coloured type Z 8x18 inch ABT wheels suit the car well. In the area of the underside of the door decals with the ABT logo show that the Polo is a pure thoroughbred from the Allgaeu sports car family.   </p>
<p>ABT Sportsline of course also offers performance improvements for the Polo. They can give an extra kick to all turbo engines: The 1.6 TDI is available in different output levels – starting at the series standard engine. For example with ABT POWER, 75 HP (55 kW) is converted into 90 HP (66 kW), and after ABT treatment the 90 HP engine provides 110 HP (81 kW) and the 105 HP (77 kW) diesel engine is increased to a sporty 130 HP (96 kW). The extremely economical 1.2 TSI also provides 130 HP or 96 kW (series standard: 105 HP / 77 kW). </p>
<p>The fuel consumption values – and thereby also the CO2 emissions – remain at the level of the series engine. The tuner recommends to use ABT springs for an extra amount of dynamism. Doing so lowers the centre of gravity of the vehicle, and the Polo lies better and safer on the road. The smallest ABT is thereby not inferior to its larger siblings in any way, and offers optimum driving enjoyment with maximum everyday usability.</p>

As a result even with the new VW Polo, comfort, dynamism and safety are amongst the requirements for Eibach. <span id="more-672"></span></p>
<p>Even though the car from Wolfsburg is not a race car, the know-how which Eibach has gathered from premium motorsport, such as in Formula 1,  DTM and WRC, flows into the development: the lowered centre of gravity, which is achieved with the Pro-Kit Performance Springs, improves the road-holding and offers an extra sense of safety. Although the Polo becomes noticeably more sporty, there is no loss of comfort and the handling remains very good.</p>
<p>The Pro-Street-S Coil-Overs allow the ride height to be altered. This permits it to be optimally adjusted for the respective individual purpose. The Pro-Spacer Wheel Spacers provide even better handling. They are made of high-strength aluminium and give the Polo a wider and more stable stance. Pro-Spacer are the ideal supplement to the Pro-Kit Performance Springs and also round off the effective technology.</p>
<p>All Eibach Suspension Components, which are available through authorised dealers, are provided with a high-quality corrosion protection and are TÜV-certified.<br />

<p><strong>Variant 1</strong> with solid damping control and a TÜV-approved lowering in an adjustment range from 35 to 65 millimetres, the KW coilover suspension Variant 1 offers an optimal balance between sportiness, comfort and safety. In the version basic, the suspension is delivered zinc-plated. The version inox-line with its stainless steel casing guarantees a long durability, even when the car is driven very dynamically and also used in winter.</p>
<p>In <strong>Variant 2</strong>, the coilover suspension is delivered in the stainless steel technology inox-line with an adjustable rebound damping. This is the ideal system for the dynamic driver who does not only seek an individual lowering, but also wishes to make adjustments in the set-up. With the adjustable rebound damping, the driving impression can be optimally adapted to the personal requirements.</p>
<p>For the performance-oriented driver, KW automotive additionally offers <strong>Variant 3</strong> in stainless steel technology inox-line for the new Polo. The technology used in Variant 3 is derived from motor sports and offers best performance and a high comfort – according to the individual adjustment. The separate and independently adjustable rebound- and compression damping allows absolutely individual suspension adjustments. The unique patented system with its each two-stage valves allows a rebound damping- (comfort) and a compression damping adjustment (driving dynamics) in the low-speed range while the high-speed range which is responsible for driving safety is fixed. </p>
<p>The KW coilover suspensions for the new VW Polo are available already from 799 Euro including VAT. Of course, a certificate for a trouble-free registration with the Technical Control Board (TÜV) is included in the delivery, as well as a detailed instruction for assembly and adjustment.</p>

Visually, this study offers an initial impression of how a sport version of the new compact might look. It should be noted that it was always part of the successful model series as the Polo GT, Polo G40 or Polo GTI. <span id="more-545"></span></p>
<p>From a purely technical perspective, the display piece is based on the 1.4-liter MPI version engine with 63 kW / 86 PS. Its unique aspects are to be found in the details:</p>
<p>Just like the Golf GTI Edition, this Polo stands out with its extroverted "Flash Red" body color. In addition, two black rally stripes command attention; they extend over the front end, the roof and back to the rear. The sporty, generously sized alloy wheels are the last detail. The black 18-inchers in "Budapest" styling are making their appearance with polished spokes; they generously fill out the wheel housings of the lowered chassis of the new bestseller – more than 13,000 orders have been received, even before its market launch. The black versus red contrast can be seen as a defining, excitement generating theme. The radiator grille screen, mirror caps, backdrop of the headlights and insert in the lower bumper known as the "buckle" all offer a dark contrast. And the sport exhaust system pleases with its optimized sound.</p>
<p>Premium black also characterizes the interior. It takes a path from the roofliner over the air vents – each with a high-gloss finish – the steering wheel accents and radio panel down to the very distinctive front seats. They are made of very high-end materials. Black nappa leather trims the outer surfaces and the center seat panels where they are offset by horizontal black stripes in the microfiber "San Remo". The seat’s lateral supports have an arc-shaped striped design which – viewed from outside to inside – is composed of nappa leather, flash-red nappa leather piping, the white leather "Berry White" and black leather. The aluminum tread plates are also a custom feature. Similar to the Golf GTI concept car, they bear the signature "Polo Wörthersee 09". Red seams also enhance the leatherwork on the parking brake handle, gearshift grip, steering wheel and door trim.</p>
