The JE DESIGN Widebody-Kit offers a different look for the Touareg, with a sports radiator grill, front spoiler, front and back wheel arch kit, rear apron insert, roof spoiler and rear hatch blend for the cost of 4998 Euro including VAT. All of the components are manufactured from Polyurethane (PU) and are delivered primed. The new headlights also provide the large Volkswagen with more perspective.

The widebody kit is developed to accommodate the Touareg standard version, but can be fitted to accommodate designer packages, such as ‘Chrome & Style’ as well as ‘Terrain-Style’. The pivot-trailer hitch can be used as well as the different Volkswagen-muffler tips.

Alternatively, JE DESIGN offers dual exhaust pipes for 595 Euro, which channel exhaust gases through bevelled stainless steel pipes in 90 millimetre diameters.

JE DESIGN also include optimisation of the engine management system, with the performance of the 4.2-liter TDI-engine raised to 410 hp (302 kW) compared to the original 340 hp (250 kW), which reduces the 0-100 kph time to 5.4 sec from 5.8 sec. The price for this upgrade is 2999 Euro including a one year engine warranty and covers the turbo charger, transmission and power train. A pneumatic electronic suspension lowering module is also available for 1428 Euro.

The complete JE DESIGN upgrade, including assembly, paint and TÜV- registration is available for 19,750 Euro. JE DESIGN provide TÜV-assessments for each component. With the performance increase, the Touareg still complies with emission regulations.

H&R Spezialfedern is supporting this design with lowering springs of around 40 millmetres. The SUV gains even more dynamism with these.

The steering harmonises perfectly with the H&R suspension set and follows every command of the driver with unbelievable precision. The vehicle's rolling motion is reduced to an absolute minimum – without perceptibly detracting from the comfort.

An electronic lowering system (ETS) for the air-suspension cars will soon be available, too.

An additional highlights can be achieved from the H&R TRAK+ Wheel Spacers made of high tensile aluminium – regardless of whether they are combined with works or tuned wheels.

The often unsightly gap between the wheel arch and the edge of the wing can thus be visually perfected.

The full range of H&R products is available for over 1,350 different types of vehicles at all good dealers and along with the expected H&R quality comes with a general operating permit (ABE) or TÜV certificate of conformity for parts (Teilegutachten).

The sporty JE DESIGN styling package for the “Wide Body” conversion is comprised of several components of highest quality and exact accurate fit, giving the Touareg an even more powerful appearance. The front spoiler for the front bumper, rear apron, roof edge spoiler plus a tailgate attachment for the lower tailgate area makes the Touareg more sporty. The complete body kit also includes special wheel arch extensions providing the ultimate “Wide Body” look.

The rear apron can be mounted together with the original exhaust pipes or together with optional available 4-pipe exhaust tips. Furthermore the function of the tailer hitch together with the rear apron is guaranteed.

To complement the new powerful Touareg look, JE Design offers its new Select SUV wheel in 22 x 10 offset 55. Also available are special optional wheel spacers (front 60 mm, rear 80mm) to complement the use of the wheel arch kit for that ever so perfect fit and look.

CoverEFX from the city of Erftstadt specializes at all kinds of car lamination and has already made a name for itself on the auto scene. No Touareg has been on display in so elegant/sports style before, the W12 Sport Edition doesn't have to conceal itself neither from the exterior, nor under the motor hood.

The complete vehicle lamination with CFC film in "gun-metal mat/black gloss" colour emphasizes the sportish appearance and protects the original lacquer coating. All the other hang-on parts, like air inlets, front grille and mirrors, as well as chrome molding, are also lacquered in black - and glazed tail lights finalize the general impression.

The room climate is optimized - and the „anthracite-style" glass tinting on all windows of the vehicle is a perfect match to this. Sunscreening film contributes to the general sense of well-being, and the living is just better in a room with comfortably adjusted temperature.

If we look under the motor hood, we will see that Touareg is not just the driver's limousine. This Touareg can be proud of its drive gear: the W12 edition by CoverEFX, which is, by the way, limited to 500 exemplars, belongs to the most powerful motors offered by VW. With its software optimization system, which includes removal of the speed limiter, a sports air filter and a high-grade steel Cargraphic exhaust silencer, CoverEFX squeezes the impressive 500 hp out of the high-powered Touareg.

Electronic equipment makes the chassis even more sportish, and yet comfortable at the same time. The body lowering has been optimized electronically at the chassis level. So now where other powerful vehicles lose their stability, the W12 Sport Edition easily maintains its steadiness on the road.

Finally, huge 22-inch Kahn RS-L light alloy rims, as big as 10x22 inches, with high-performance 295/30-22 Pirelli Zero Scorpion tyres are brought into action with Touareg. The light alloy rims got additional black powder coating and were further refined with red pinstripes.

The price of the new car, including tuning, amounts to 140,500 Euro

Wide-Body Kit „Royster GT 460“

The Wide-Body Kit consists of the following components:

The front bumper can be used on all Touareg facelift models except the R50 and is made for cars with parking sensors (Parktronic / PDC) and headlight washer system. These components have to be taken from the OEM front bumper and inserted into the Hofele bumper. For cars without PDC and / or without headlight washer system caps to seal the openings in the bumper have to be bought additionally. The bumper is mounted to the OEM points of attachment, no modifications are needed.

The front grill has to be taken from the OEM bumper and inserted into the Hofele bumper. Alternatively the Hofele front grill in „Range-Look“ can be used, this front grill has to be ordered separately.

The four additional lights are 2x LED day driving light and 2x fog lamps, they can be connected to the cars electronic grid. The additional lights can only be used in combination with the Hofele front bumper.

The rear apron can be used on all Touareg facelift models except the R50 and is made for cars with parking sensors (Parktronic / PDC), these have to be taken from the OEM rear apron and inserted into the Hofele rear apron. For cars without PDC caps to seal the openings in the rear apron have to be bought additionally. The rear apron has to be connected to the upper OEM rear bumper part, no modifications are needed.

The rear apron is available for cars with or without trailer coupling / tow hitch.

The tailpipes are made of stainless steel and are integrated into the rear apron.

The tailpipe adapters connect the serial muffler with the integrated tailpipes in the rear apron. The tailpipe adapters are available for the R5 engine and the bigger engines starting from the V6.

Alternatively the OEM muffler can be replaced through the Hofele sports muffler made of stainless steel.

This muffler gives your car a more sportive sound.

The rear roof spoiler gets put onto the OEM spoiler and gives the car amore sportive look.

The rear door panel gets glued onto the OEM tailgate and closes the gap between tailgate and the rear sides of the car.

The bonnet / hood scoop „Power Dome“ gets glued onto the bonnet / hood of the Touareg.

The „Royster“ extension kit consists of a set of side skirts and wheel arch extensions for the front and rear axle.

The side skirts have an air intake at the rear end and get put onto the sides of the car.

The wheel arch extensions are glued onto the front bumper and the rear wheel arches.

The extension kit can only be used in combination with the Hofele front bumper and rear apron!

The wheel spacers „Royster“ are made for the use of the extension kit in combination with wheels in the size 9Jx20“ and 10Jx22“. The width of the spacers is 50mm at the front and 70mm at the rear axle. The spacers are available for cars with a PCD of 5/130 and 5/120.

The additionally needed small parts like glue etc. is part of the delivery as well as TÜV approval papers and detailed installation manuals.

The "King Kong" is also an eye-catcher: the underride protection in the front gives the vehicle an even more striking appearance than it already has. But the AEZ "model" is even more extravagant. They fabricated for the Touareg a new body kit consisting of a new front bumper, new rear apron with trapezoidal tailpipes, sides skirts, roof spoiler and removable under ride protection.

This particular package may not include a power boost but it does come with a new 'Power Dome' hood scoop and the car rides on 22 inch Reverso 22 (295/30 R22) wheels. Either a sport springs or ETS module for the air suspension lowers the car by 40mm.

In order to keep the heavy and fast vehicles controllable at any time, ABT Touareg and ABT AS7 are equipped with the ABT sports brake system, which provides appropriate brake force thanks to a disc diameter of 380mm and six-piston calipers. The ABT suspension is tuned perfectly to the dynamic character of the elegant SUVs from the Allgäu. For SUVs equipped with air suspension also the innovative ABT Level Control (ALC) is available – comfortable and at the same time sportily tuned.
