Ingo Noak Golf 6 – Rocket Bunny style for VW!

Recently, the world of tuning witnessed the arrival of new terms and names: Liberty Walk, Rocket Bunny, Rauh-Welt Bergiff. The style of bolting on fender flare extenders, as popularized by these companies, is now reproduced by many tuners around the world.

German tuning firm Ingo Noak has revealed at the end of last year, their “rocket bunny” styling package for the sixth generation Volkswagen Golf, transforming it into something much more aggressive.

Ingo Noak Tuning prove that they can do the same styling but with a different approach. What they have created is a Widebody Kit, created entirely of high-quality ABS plastic just for the compact, yet sporty VW Golf VI GTI. The widebody kit consists of four fender flares that have to be riveted directly to the body of the German hatchback. What’s interesting is that Ingo sculpted them to match the panel lines of the front and rear bumpers.

This build also includes other interesting stuff. At the front, a Cup spoiler lip and a set of classic headlight mask were fitted. At the rear they changed the exhaust by a Ingo Noak Tuning 76mm titanium tailpipes in the custom stainless steel-sport exhaust system and a diffuser.

With the fenders noticeably wider it’s only natural that wider wheels are installed and Ingo Noak Tuning has got this covered by fitting the heavy concave Keskin KT14 rims which perfectly match the widebody style and accentuate visually the sensational width of the vehicle! At the front, the wheels are sized 8.5x20mm with 20mm wheel spacers and on the rear axle with 11x20inch with 50mm wheel spacers.

Against the current trend of air-ride chassis, for their show car Ingo Noak Tuning rely on an old-school coilover suspension, which however received customized springs for the particular depth.
