Lazer Lamps Bespoke Grille and Lamps Solution for Volkswagen Caddy
Lazer Lamps has released details of its new bespoke grille kit for the popular Volkswagen Caddy van (2011 model year onwards). The beautifully engineered two-part conversion consists of an OEM quality replacement lower grille, manufactured in the UK by Zunsport, and the option of Lazer high-performance LED auxiliary driving lamps to enhance safety and enjoyment.
Specifically engineered to simplify the installation of the Lazer units, the Volkswagen Caddy grille is constructed from high-strength 316L grade stainless steel and features an attractive woven mesh design. The standard surface finish is a discreet black nylon polymer coating, although a chrome effect electro-polished silver option can be specified, both of which are long-lasting with no risk of paint flaking or chips.
The grille is easy to fit with bespoke fittings and instructions, and because it is custom-made for each vehicle, the fit always remains safe and secure. Indeed, so certain is Zunsport of the quality of this grille that it is offered with a lifetime guarantee.
Primarily designed to be used with versatile Lazer ST-4 Hybrid Beam LED spotlights, the grille can also be equipped with Lazer RS-4 Hybrid Beam LED spotlights with the added benefit of integrated daytime running lights as an alternative setup. Irrespective of the light unit chosen, however, a corresponding harness kit can be supplied with the kit to simplify installation, featuring a fully waterproof splice system that makes wiring into the Caddy’s electrical system both easy and without risk of damage or corrosion.
Though fully E-marked and ECE-approved for road use, the Lazer Lamps range of high-performance LED lights has also been designed and engineered to deliver unparalleled performance for the uncompromising requirements of the world of motorsport. They employ high-output LEDs and a dual-optic reflector system which delivers a hybrid beam pattern combining long range with a broad beam pattern nearer to the vehicle.
