Milltek Releases DPF Optimisation Pipe for VW Group Cars

Respected exhaust manufacturer Milltek has released a highly-effective DPF Optimisation Pipe for many VW Group cars. This part replaces the DPF-equipped part on all transverse 2.0TDI 170BHP VW Group cars based on the VW Golf Mk5 Platform, such as Golf Mk5 & Mk6, Seat Leon and Audi A3.

Hand-finished from the same race-quality, non-magnetic stainless steel as the rest of Milltek’s range, this part allows for the safe and effective removal of the Diesel Particular Filter on these cars. Incorporating a fitting kit to support both the older PD and newer common rail 170 engines, this pipe doesn’t only represent a ‘fit and forget’ proposition, thanks to its exceptional quality, but it also offers tangible performance gains – particularly when combined with software upgrades. On common-rail cars fitted with “Stage 2” software the Milltek pipe has delivered a proven gain of over 45bhp and 40 ftlb torque!
