Milltek Sport launches innovative cast downpipes for multiple VW Models

Respected UK exhaust manufacturer Milltek has moved the exhaust game on once again with the launch of its impressive range of cast downpipes to suit many performance VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda models.

From launch, these new cast downpipes will be available for various 2.0TFSI, 2.0TSI, 1.8TFSI and 1.8TSI variants covering 2wd and 4wd cars on both current MQB and the older A5 platform models (VW Golf Mk5/6, Audi A3/S3 8P etc).

These all-new downpipes will feature fully CAD designed and optimised casting that is made from 304 grade stainless steel. In every case, each system has been designed and optimised for the best possible fitment across the wide range of applications that they will be available for. Also available with optional HJS 100 and 200 cell motorsport quality race catalysts, these new parts offer the total solution for those looking for maximum performance with total legality. De-catted options will also be available.

The new range will also benefit from improved flow rates due to the superior design as well as better thermal management properties over the traditional downpipe designs previously offered. In-addition all downpipes will now feature “OEM” style soft flexi sections to improve durability and reduce transfer of unwanted noise, harshness or vibration into the cabin.
