SKN Scirocco Stage5 kit

SKN have released details of their stage 5 upgrade for the VW Scirocco, claiming to raise the Scirocco’s power to 383 hp and 504 Nm. Normally we would question the suitability (and usability) of driving so much power through the front wheels – although SKN claim that their kit achieves 0-100 in 4.7 seconds!

The increased output of 183 hp and 224 Nm relies on a new turbocharger, Milltek performance exhaust system and special ECU software developed by SKN (Stage5). With the inherent challenges associated with the front-wheel drive, SKN have opted for Bilstein B16-threaded suspension and a locking differential. A Sachs clutch and four-piston fixed caliper brakes supplied by StopTech can be fitted. The package comes with the option of several 19-inch BBS or OZ wheels sets.
